Privacy
This page explains what the Khidmitak website and public demo collect. It is written in plain language and will be updated as the product changes.
The website
The website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when serving them. Like any web service, our hosting providers keep standard request logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) for security and operations.
Demo access requests and accounts
When you request access to the demo, we store what you submit (name, work email, company, role, and anything optional you add) so the founders can review it and reply to you. Submitting a request does not create an account. If we approve it, we create an account for you in a shared demo workspace; a session cookie keeps you signed in, and the questions you ask and the changes you approve are stored so the demo works, and are visible to other demo users where the product shows shared data. To have your request or account removed, contact us.
Demo data
All companies, people and figures in the demo are fictional. Please don't enter real personal or confidential information.
The demo's language model
The demo uses a scripted stand-in for a language model, which runs inside Khidmitak. Your questions are not sent to a third-party AI provider unless this notice says otherwise.
